An evening in Kathmandu

तपाईं यो छोटो कथा पढ्नुहोस्।
Read this short story.

काठमाडौंमा एक साँझ सांस्कृतिक (culturele) कार्यक्रम छ।
There is a cultural program one evening in Kathmandu.

क्यालिप्सो २९ वर्षकी छिन्। उनी बेल्जियमबाट आएकी हुन्।
Calypso is 29 years old. She is from Belgium.

उनी एक यात्री (reiziger) र संगीतकार (muzikant) हुन्।
She is a traveler and a musician.

मञ्चमा (podium) उनले अरुणलाई भेट्छिन्।
She meets Arun on the stage.

अरुण एक नेपाली संगीतकार र पथप्रदर्शक (gids) हुन्।
Arun is a Nepali musician and a guide.

उनी काठको काम (houtbewerker) पनि गर्छन्।
He also does wood work.

क्यालिप्सो र अरुण सँगै संगीत बजाउँछन्।
Calypso and Arun play music together.
